CVSA’s 2016 International Roadcheck to be held June 7-9

OOIDA files suit challenging electronic logging device mandate

As expected, the Owner-Operator Independent Driver’s Association has filed initial arguments in its challenge to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s electronic logging device (ELD) mandate final rule. 34-Hour Restart Rule Rollback

For 120 years, the first Monday of September has been set aside to honor the social and economic achievements of American workers, and their contribution to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.
