More Than 800 Volvo Trucks Still Need to Be Checked

More than 800 of the Volvo trucks recalled by the company March 23 remained unaccounted for April 26, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced. Senate takes up 34-hour restart correction

OOIDA files suit challenging electronic logging device mandate

As expected, the Owner-Operator Independent Driver’s Association has filed initial arguments in its challenge to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s electronic logging device (ELD) mandate final rule.
