RTSI specializes in intermodal drayage to and from the Chicago, Detroit, Columbus, and Atlanta ramps. Additionally, we also serve the Port of Savannah. Reliable handles both domestic and international intermodal, as well as door-to-door truckload needs throughout Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, southern Wisconsin, northern Kentucky, eastern Iowa, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and more.

Established in 1986, Reliable Transportation Specialists, Inc. has contract carrier authority to operate throughout the 48 continental United States as well as the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec. RTSI also maintains intrastate authority for Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

RTSI maintains active interchange agreements with all of the major rails, steamship lines, and equipment providers throughout our service areas. RTSI is an active UIIA participant and a member of IANA, TCA, ATA, an EPA SmartWay Transport Partner, and is also a founding member of NACPC. There are over 200+ owner-operator trucks displaying Reliable Transportation Specialists, Inc. placards. Contact is maintained with drivers using in-truck communication systems and smartphones. Service

With a commitment to customer service and an eye on the future, RTSI supports EDI 204’s, 210’s, 214’s, 990’s, and 997’s. We also provide optional automatic e-mail load status notifications to maintain thorough and timely communication. Web-based load tracking and a state-of-the-art imaging system allow customers to retrieve status information, invoice status, accessorial information, POD’s, BOL’s, and other load related documentation from the convenience of their own web browser.
